Shot for Your Channels
A lot of concert video gets captured as documentation. Full-show archives, livestream files, a folder nobody opens again after the week it was shot.
We shoot for the places the show actually keeps living: the artist's grid, the venue's calendar posts, the promoter's pitch for the next run. That changes what we point the camera at and how we cut it. A clip that works on a phone three weeks later is a different shot than a wide of the whole stage.
How We Work
Concerts don't wait for anyone. Set times are fixed, the good light lasts as long as the lighting designer decides it does, and nobody is running the walk-on again because we missed it.
So most of the work happens before doors. We talk to whoever runs the room, find out what access actually looks like, and plan around the constraints that come with it: photo pit rules, where we can and can't stand during the set, whether the tour has its own restrictions. Then we shoot inside those limits without asking anyone to change how the show runs.
FAQ
Can we use the footage with the artist's music?
That depends on the rights you hold. If it's your own performance of your own material, you're usually fine. For covers, festival sets with multiple artists, or anything you plan to run as paid media, it's worth confirming clearances before we shoot so the edit doesn't get stuck later.
Do you handle audio, or do we get a board feed?
We can record from the board and sync it to the footage, which is almost always better than camera audio for performance edits. If a board feed isn't available, we work with what the room gives us and cut accordingly.
What access do you need from the venue?
Whatever the venue normally gives a photographer or content crew. If there are pit restrictions or a first-three-songs rule, tell us early and we'll build the shoot around it. We've worked plenty of rooms where the access was limited and the footage was still fine.
How fast can clips go out?
Same night for a first clip if that's the plan, and the rest within a few days. Artists usually want something up while the show is still being talked about, so we cut on-site when the schedule allows.
Do you shoot tours or just single shows?
Both. We offer everything from single night to full tour coverage.
